| 目前，土地整理已经成为我国土地管理中的热门话题，也是社会广泛关注的问题，农村居民点整理则是农村土地整理中的重要内容。本文以经济发达的大城市郊区—北京市顺义区为例，分析农村居民点整理的目标、意义、主要形式以及农村居民点整理的策略模式和运作模式。最后得出结论：在经济发达的平原型大城市郊区，市场运作模式是农村居民点整理的可行模式—这是农村房地产开发的创新模式，也是农村居民点整理的创新模式。 |

| At present land re-arrangement has become a hot topic in the area of land management. It is also an issue drawn an extensive attention. The rural residential areas consolidation is an important component of country land consolidation. This essay is intended to discuss the target and significance, main forms, strategy and operation patterns of rural residential area land re-arrangement. The paper takes Shunyi district, Beijing Municipality as a case, which locates at the metropolitan outskirt and is economically developed. The paper expresses its view that market mechanism is a feasible pattern. It is a fully new development pattern of the rural real estate and it is also an innovation in the rural residential area land consolidation. |
