| 产业集群在成长过程中，其要素和资源的空间配置经历着从混沌到秩序、从分散到集聚的过程，促使集群的空间结构由简单到复杂、从实体向虚实结合演化。本文认为，各级地方政府之间、区内外企业之间以及政府与企业之间在地域空间上的动态博弈，是产业集群空间结构演化的内在机制。集群空间结构能否得以优化，主要取决于政府和企业是否遵循市场规律对迅速变化的集群环境做出及时、准确的反应。通常，在市场化程度较高的地区，政府和企业易于形成效率较高的良性互动，并由此实现要素与资源空间配置的效益最大化。 |

| During the life cycle of industrial cluster, its distribution of resources and the arrangement of space evolve from chaos to order, from decentralized to agglomerate, which promotes the spatial structure of the industrial cluster from simpleness to complexity, from entity to the combination of the real and the virtual. The paper indicates that it is the intrinsic mechanism for evolvement of the industry clusters' spatial structure to have the regional spatial dynamic game among local governments at various levels, among enterprises inside and outside, and between enterprises and local government. The optimum of the clusters' spatial structure depends on the timely and exact reaction responded by the government and enterprises to the changing environment conforming the market rules. Generally, it is easier to make efficient interactions between governments and enterprises in the region with high marketization. At the same time efficient interactions also contribute to achieve the maximum benefit on the distribution of resources and the arrangement of space. |
