| Nonaka 等提出的知识演化和创新的经典 SECI 模型虽然揭示了知识演化的过程,但难以解释诸多知识的同时演化现象和知识创新的复杂性。本文通过微电子行业的知识演化过程和知识特性说明了传统 SECI 模型的局限性,从系统论的角度提出了一种知识演化和创新的改进 SECI 模型,并建立了数学模型和对应的三维坐标系,阐述了知识演化和创新中认识论、本体论和方法论三者的关系以及个人、团队、组织、组织间知识演化创新的内在机制和作用机理,指出了改进 SECI 模型的非线性动力特性,并对模型进行了知识动力学分析,解释了知识演化过程中的非线性复杂现象,并根据改进模型提出了发展我国微电子产业的意见。 |

| The SECI model of innovation and evolution of knowledge,which is put forward by Nonaka,has many short- comings.It could not explain the evolution phenomenon of many knowledge at the same time and the complexity of knowledge innovation.This article points out the limits of conventional SECI model from the character and evolution process of knowledge management of microelectronic.The article puts up SECI model of innovation and evolution of knowledge on the point of system theory.It establishes mathematics model and corresponding three-dimension coordi- nate.Thus illustrates the relation of epistemological,ontological,methodology and the mechanism of knowledge evolu- tion of individual,team,organization,inter-organization.It describes the model and analyzes the model from system and the character of dynamics.It also explains the complexity about evolution of knowledge.According to the model,it also points out the valuable idea about the development of microelectronic industry knowledge of China. |
