Automobile has the characteristics of long industrial chain, wide radiation and strong driving. It is an important starting point to promote the upstream and downstream industrial chain to achieve the goal of “double carbon”. As the world’s largest automobile market, China’s automobile industry has an extremely arduous task of carbon reduction. It is necessary to plan as soon as possible, formulate a scientific policy system and form an effective incentive mechanism to speed up the construction of the whole life cycle carbon accounting system of the automobile industry.
