The spiritual outlook and cultural life of farmers also need to be improved. There is still room for the development of rural infrastructure and basic public services. In this regard, the central government, relevant departments and some regions have already made some strategic arrangements, but there is still room for improvement in scope and content. In order to accelerate the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas in 2035, we should consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation, deepen the reform of rural land system, improve the long-term mechanism of giving priority to investment and support in agriculture and rural areas, explore effective ways to develop new rural collective economy, accelerate the construction of modern rural industrial system, continue to carry out rural construction action and achieve a higher level of equalization of basic public services.
