In Modern Society, language is not only an important kind of cultural resource, but also a scarce kind of economic asset. Language can bring huge profit. With the increased economic activities related to language, there comes a new kind of economic form of language. The economy of language includes mainly those industries manufacturing products or providing services with language as major factors. As an important legal mechanism to protect the language product, the IP regime affects industrial structure, product mode and competition order largely in the language economy. IP regime not only regulates market order of language products, shapes the structure and direction of language economy, but more importantly, it will expand the value of language resources in three dimensions. The deep research of internal rule of language resources, products and fruits can make significant contribution to the establishment of good IP governance of language economy.
