This paper combs the reclamation and land planning management system and the connection between them, further analyzes the objectives, key points of policy connection and management ideas of reclamation stock resources control. Also studies the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes of establishing account and sorting out the inventory of reclamation resources control policy, finally gives the rationalization policy recommendations to optimize the inventory of reclamation resources control.
