Abstract:In order to achieve the low-carbon transformation and development, to promote coal consumption to peak first is a feasible path. Based on this, this paper uses the energy consumption elasticity method and the situational method to analyze the path for coal consumption to reach its peak first. Studies have shown that the faster low-carbon technology promotes the low-carbon transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure, the sooner coal can achieve peak consumption. The implementation of measures such as accelerating the energy-saving and efficiency improvement of coal consumption, and the industrial policy of coal positioning adjustment, is conducive to orderly guiding the withdrawal or reduction of coal consumption.
