Abstract:Supply chain finance contributes to the stable development of small and medium-sized enterprises and ensures the effective operation of supply chain. Improving the resilience and safety of industrial and supply chains, accelerating the building of a modernized economy, and promoting high-quality development are the primary tasks of comprehensively advancing the Chinese-style modernization drive and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The meeting pointed out that science and technology are the primary productive forces, human resources are the primary resources, and innovation is the primary driving force. In this context, based on the scientific and technological enablement and the theory and logic of criminal economy, this paper carries out an empirical study of questionnaire survey on the governance of collusive behavior in supply chain finance. The results show that fintech can significantly inhibit the collusive tendency, and fintech iteration and upgrading have long-term efficacy on collusive behavior governance. Fintech increases the confrontation cost of conspirators, so as to reduce the conspirators’ collusion effectiveness, and thus reduces the collusion tendency among various entities in supply chain finance. Risk appetite negatively moderates the relationship between fintech and collusion effectiveness. It is revealed that conspiracy is a decision-making behavior under the framework of bounded rationality theory. Conspiratorial utility is subjective value perception different from traditional utility theory. Evolutionary equilibrium is the dynamic game result of the main body of supply chain finance system. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the steady development of supply chain finance.
