It is beneficial to the high-quality development of the new urban community that explore its dynamic mechanism. Aiming at the conflicts between economy and environment, lack of cultural heritage and governance capacity in the practice of new urbanization, this paper try to explore the coupling mechanism of the dynamic mechanism of the new urban community from a multidisciplinary perspective by using system dynamics analysis method. Analyzing its dynamic mechanism, it can be found that the natural ecosystem determines the potential and path of urban economic development, the subjective initiative of urban culture will make the benign coupling into reality through technological progress and institutional innovation, and the political community will ensure that this possibility becomes a reality through the modernization of urban governance system and governance capacity. The coupling degree of this four-in-one dynamic mechanism will determine the development quality of the new urban community, but the subjective initiative of the urban cultural community is a critcal pivotal power in the four subsystem, it will coordinate contradictions and tensions between subsystems based on existing values, at the same time, it will accept the positive and negative feedback from the four subsystems, and then sublate the traditional culture of towns, so new urban community always have a benign coupling dynamic mechanism.
