This paper explore the effect mechanism for innovation policy mix on disruptive innovation of emerging industry from the perspective of innovation ecosystem. The analysis results show innovation policy mix play driving role in disruptive innovation by innovation policy strategy and innovation policy instrument mix. Innovation policy strategy leads to the formation of disruptive innovation trajectory by clear evolution direction and planning an evolution route of innovation ecosystem. Innovation policy instrument mix rely on the staged leadership of different policy instrument to drive the co-evolution of three sub-system of innovation ecosystem layer by layer, further push the realization of disruptive innovation, include technological change, product entry and market disruptive.
