Abstract:Carrying out intelligent regulation is an important means to improve the efficiency and quality of drug regulation. In order to stimulate the motivation and autonomy of multiple regulatory subjects, the paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model for intelligent drug regulation and conducts simulation analysis, which is to reveal the synergistic mechanism among the participating bodies of intelligent regulationand explore the evolutionary stabilization strategies under different states. The study shows that the quality of information disclosure comes from the intelligent regulatory platform influences the government regulators to choose the operation and maintenance strategy. Improving the risk prediction and early warning capability of the drug intelligent regulation platform helps government regulators choose an efficient operation and maintenance strategy, can enhance the vitality of drug production and operation enterprises to Co-Building and Co-Governance, and stimulate the enthusiasm of the social public. When the willingness of the public to participate in intelligent regulation is higher than the threshold value, it is more conducive to the implementation of linkage between the government, drug production and management enterprises, and promotes the formation of regulatory synergy among multiple subjects.
