Abstract:Based on the perspective of configuration and TOE analysis framework, this paper constructs a green development system for high-tech industrial parks in China to achieve high green and low carbon performance. Using the fsQCA method, the case studies of green and low-carbon development in high-tech industrial parks along the Yangtze River Economic Zone are analyzed. The findings show that the green and low carbon performance of high-tech industrial parks in China is affected by multiple conditional variables, and there are five effective driving paths, including high government support technology and industry driving type, high government support technological innovation driving type, innovative resource agglomeration technology driving type, high government support technology, industry, and economic development driving type, and innovative resource agglomeration technology, industry, and open innovation driving type. Among them, the high government support technology, industry, and economic development driving type is the most common path. Industrial structure and government support are the core conditions to effectively promote the green and low-carbon performance improvement of high-tech industrial parks. This paper expands the theoretical research scope of TOE, and provides action guidance for high-tech industrial parks along the Yangtze River Economic Zone to achieve green development based on their own endowments.
