    摘要:

    数智技术及其在海量场景中的广泛应用,正深刻重塑传统产业并催生新兴产业与未来产业,成为推动产业智能化和发展新质生产力的关键引擎。如何超越单点技术线性发展模式,发挥企业创新主体地位、我国超大规模市场和丰富应用场景优势,加快数智技术创新,成为加快培育新质生产力的战略性基础性议题。本文结合数智技术特征与创新范式跃迁,以场景驱动创新为理论基础,深入探讨场景驱动型数智技术创新的理论与过程逻辑,提出了企业主导、场景驱动数智技术“模仿复用—内部扩散—产业辐射—能级跃迁—原创引领”的实践进阶模型。进一步,以数智技术创新领军企业的典型实践为例,解析了作为发展新质生产力的微观市场主体,企业如何以场景为牵引推动数智技术创新与应用,在实现从跟随到引领的跃迁过程中持续赋能新质生产力涌现。本文拓展了数智技术创新管理的理论范式研究,也为企业和决策部门把握数智技术创新规律,推进“人工智能+”行动,健全促进实体经济和数字经济深度融合制度,完善促进数字产业化和产业数字化政策体系,加速数智技术创新赋能新质生产力持续涌现提供重要理论和实践启示。

    Abstract:

    Digital intelligence and its wide application in massive contexts are profoundly reshaping traditional industries and giving rise to new and future industries, becoming a key engine for promoting industrial intelligence and developing new quality productive forces. How to transcend the linear development mode of single-point technology, give full play to the main position of enterprise innovation, the advantages of China’s super-large-scale market and rich application contexts, and accelerate the innovation of digital intelligence has become a strategic and fundamental issue to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces. This paper combines the characteristics of digital intelligence and innovation paradigm shift, takes context-driven innovation as the theoretical basis, discusses the theory and process logic of context-driven digital intelligence innovation, and puts forward a practical progression model of enterprise-led and context-driven digital intelligence, which is “imitation and reuse-internal diffusion-industrial radiation-capability leap-original leadership”. Further, taking the typical practice of leading enterprises in digital intelligence innovation as an example, the paper analyses how enterprises, as micro-market entities in developing new quality productive forces, can promote digital intelligence innovation and application with contexts, and continue to empower the emergence of new quality productive forces in the process of leapfrogging from following to leading. This paper expands the theoretical paradigm research on the management of digital intelligence innovation, and also provides important theoretical and practical insights for enterprises and decision-making departments to grasp the laws of digital intelligence innovation, promote the ‘Artificial Intelligence +’ action, improve the system for promoting the in-depth integration of the real economy and the digital economy, and improve the policy system for promoting the digital industrialization and industrial digitization, and accelerate the innovation of digital intelligence empowers the continuous emergence of new quality productive forces to provide important theoretical and practical insights.
