Under the paradigms of complex economy and network economy, this paper applies complex network analysis methods and industrial chain knowledge graph technology to the innovation of industrial organization, constructing multi dimensional complex networks of industrial cooperation. We propose indicators such as the industrial cooperation index, the concentration degree of industrial network structure, the industrial cooperation monopoly index, and the complexity index of industrial organization. Employing the two-stage regression model (IV2SLS), and empirically analyse the correlations between the centrality of enterprise networks, market positions, agglomeration coefficients and market performances.
