Abstract:This research focuses on the transformation of China’s third distribution of charity, analyzing the challenges brought about by digitalization, globalization and social transformation, namely the algorithmic bias and “digital divide” triggered by digital technology; the intergenerational conflict pushing charitable organizations to shift towards “value co-creation”; and the intensification of resource imbalance caused by globalized capital. Based on international experience, a multi-dimensional collaborative framework of “institution-technology-culture” is constructed. Through charitable innovation experimental zones, social benefit securitization and blockchain technology, the problems of institutional lag, technological alienation and cultural discontinuity are solved. The core paths include precise demand matching, platform-based ecological reconstruction and capital securitization, balancing innovation and ethics, promoting the transformation of charitable resources into “regenerative” forms, and facilitating common prosperity.
