Abstract:The collaborative emergence of innovative talent and technological achievements is a core issue for achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and strength. Based on literature review and case summary, this paper innovatively proposes the concept of a dual-spiral alignment between the growth of innovative talent and the maturity of technology commercialization. Using the Shenzhen Institute of Innovation as an example, the paper systematically depicts the interactive promotion model of the dual-spiral co-evolution of both through the empowerment of innovation platforms. The research finds that innovation platforms, by integrating resources from the hard-tech industry chain, establish a full-cycle ecosystem that empowers “demand identification—product innovation—market promotion” to foster the growth of innovative talent and the commercialization of scientific achievements. This model forms a spiral interaction effect at each stage of scientific innovation, from “0→1→N.” It provides a new “integration of talent and affairs” paradigm for the efficient growth of innovative talent and the effective transformation of technological achievements.
