    集成电路产业作为支撑国民经济发展的战略性产业,其企业韧性是突破核心技术封锁、实现可持续发展的关键。现有研究对双元学习如何通过数字化能力提升集成电路企业韧性,以及环境不确定性在这一过程中的作用机制尚未明晰。本文整合组织学习与动态能力理论,构建并验证“双元学习—数字化能力—企业韧性”作用机制模型,重点探究数字化能力的中介作用及环境不确定性的调节效应。基于450家集成电路企业的问卷数据,实证研究发现:第一,双元学习显著正向促进集成电路企业韧性;第二,数字化能力在双元学习与韧性间发挥完全中介作用;第三,环境不确定性具有显著的正向调节效应,即环境不确定性越高,双元学习通过强化数字化创新与数字化运营进而提升企业韧性的作用越强;第四,双元学习对企业韧性的驱动效果存在显著异质性,该影响因企业所有制类型与经营时间不同而存在明显差异,其中探索式学习作用效果较为稳定,利用式学习在国有企业及经营年限较长的企业中作用效果相对偏弱。研究结果为集成电路企业在高度不确定性环境中有效利用双元学习与数字化能力构建韧性、应对技术封锁提供重要的管理启示。

    Abstract:

    As a strategic industry underpinning the development of the national economy, the resilience of enterprises in the integrated circuit sector is crucial for breaking through core technology blockades and achieving sustainable development. Existing research has not yet clarified how dual-track learning enhances the resilience of integrated circuit enterprises through digital capabilities, nor has it elucidated the mechanisms by which environmental uncertainty influences this process. It integrates organizational learning and dynamic capabilities theory to construct and validate a “dual-track learning-digital capabilities-corporate resilience” mechanism model, focusing on the mediating role of digital capabilities and the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty. Based on survey data from 450 integrated circuit enterprises, the empirical findings reveal: Firstly, dual-track learning significantly and positively promotes the resilience of integrated circuit enterprises; secondly, digital capabilities fully mediate the relationship between dual-track learning and resilience; thirdly, environmental uncertainty exerts a significant positive moderating effect, meaning that the higher the environmental uncertainty, the stronger the effect of dual-track learning in enhancing corporate resilience by strengthening digital innovation and digital operations; fourthly, the driving effect of dual-track learning on corporate resilience exhibits significant heterogeneity, this effect varies markedly depending on the firm’s ownership type and length of operation, with exploratory learning demonstrating relatively stable effects, while exploitative learning shows relatively weaker effects in state-owned enterprises and firms with longer operational histories. It aims to provide important managerial insights for integrated circuit firms on effectively leveraging dual-track learning and digital capabilities to build resilience and address technology blockades in highly uncertain environments.
