With the development of the ideas and concepts about the food safety early warning,the new understanding and perspectives from the results of the early warning,the primary theoretical bases for food safety have been formed.Moreover,the practical application of food safety early warning requires theory guidance increasingly.Based on this,the paper analyzes the logical early warning,the system science early warning,the risk analysis early warning and the signal early warning,and proposes the viewpoint of systems engineering early warning,the concepts of dissipation and coordinating early warning.The empirical research of some practical applications is also given in this paper and the primary theoretical system of the food safety early warning has been formed.
