Abstract:Since China entry into WTO,modern lo gistics has been one of the key elemen ts in environmental in-novation.More and more enterprises want to have a share in this market.Chinese logistic market potentialities,trade opportunities and local advan tages as well as the inferior positio n in technology and cost are analyzed.After studying a case of a local production enterprise involving in the third -p arty logistics the paper draws a conclusion that enterprise should find target market according to its own capabilit y and advantages,draw appropriate i m-plementing strategies and mode of en try.
