The non -parametric productivity in dex is used to measure the transition degree of Chinese industrial growth patterns quantitatively.The regional industrial statistics is used to measure the shift of producti vity by de-composing it into the change of resou rce allocation efficiency and the ch ange of technology.This paper also a nalyzes the meaning of productivity growth a nd the criteria of the shift of econom ic growth.By comparing the differen t results of some Chinese industrial p roductivity growth,the author expr esses his ideas based on new findings.
