After illustrating the importance o f copyright management of network in formation resources,this paper discusses the subject and object of c opyright law and their idiographic r ights in network era.Based on the leg islation practice and research on network cop yright in the United States,the paper points out the main points of attent ion and recommends countermeasures in the c opyright management of network info rmation resources.
