Urbanization in China will not only a ccomplish the goal to join global com petition in line with the world development trend,but also to promo te domestic economic growth and addr ess the difficulties in agriculture,rural development and farmers.To reach th e goal of transforming the dual economic structure to monism structure city and rural area development must be in tegrated and take a path of coordinating the development in big cities,medium cities,small cities and towns which is in keeping with China' s own concrete conditions.
