The paper analyzes the distributed c haracteristics of modern informati on systems,studies the technique i-dentities of CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)to address the problems of heterogen eous of run-ning flats and development of different languages or development tools u sed in a system,and the problem of max i-mum sustaining software resuming an d software maintenance.Based on the analysis,the paper presents the idea of using CORBA in the development of mod ern corporations' information system.Next,the paper stresses on the model and development method of corporati ons' information system based on CORBA,w hich extends traditional developme nt models and the method of Object Orien ted development.
