This paper generalizes the specific manifestation of modern management transformation in terms of man-agement thought,organization stru cture,management technology and ma nagement strategy,and then analyze s the function of information technology in these transformation.In the end,the paper explaine the EIA model,whi ch provides a theoretical base of enterprises' IT construction.
