The thesis analyses the effect and construction of the enterprise' s innovation system in the 6I ' s man-agement mode based on the valuing man agement,providing the framework of the construction of the enterprise' s innovation system,analyzing the six factors and the relationship among them,clarifying the content of these factors;and discussing the difference betwe en the two basic perspectives.
