Technology integration model is an o rganizational problem -solution to respond to the uncertainty from both technology and market.In this paper,through case study of three organiz ations in Chinese automation of electric system industry,the author tries to point out that the different model of technology integration is to certain degree a reflection of organizational capab ility and the institution that has an impact on the integration process.
