On the basis of corporate governance,the paper describes the traits of te chnological innovation for en-trepreneurs through four variables of innovative motivation,competen ce,power,and decision -making,con struct a comprehensive model on the four variables.The analysis shows,innovation decision -making of entrepreneur s is an important behavior traits,innovation decision -making is a comprehensive reflection on innovative motiva tion,com-petence,and power.The function of i nnovation competence is affected by motivation and power.Motivation an d power are decided by the internal and external governance mechanism that the board of directors operate.
