PPP(Public -private partnerships),is a pattern of project financing in public infrastructure.Under this pattern,private sector is encourag ed to cooperate with government to ta ke part in the building of public infr as-tructure.In this paper,the backgro und,concept,characteristics,advantages and example are introduced.At last,some problems which may occur in the a pplication of PPP pattern in China are expounded.
