The old -age social insurance of Chin a is a social pooling with individual accounts plan,in term of finance,it is a partial funded plan,its complexity needs more complicated management and supervision syste m.This paper tries to build a framework of fund management and supervision b y drawing upon the experience of the developed countries and makes a theoretic support to the framework.
