In this article,the general transmi ssion channel and symbolic effects o f monetary policy is discussed.Various expressions of low effectiv eness of China' s monetary policy are indicated.Analysis of its causes is em-phasized so as to point out a clear dir ection on how to improve the effectiv eness of monetary policy.
