Listed institution is an important p art of securities exchange,it composed of listed standard,listed procedure,verification organization and listed fees.Due to the discre pancy in political system,economic institution,law source and securities market' s growth of China,Hong Kong and Taiwa n,there are many considerable diffe r-ences of the three areas' listed institution.In this article,the author makes brief comments on t he present situa-tion,detailed study and analysis of the three areas' listed institution.
