    摘要:

    本文分析和回顾了创新与国家创新系统概念的演变与发展过程,确定了我国科学基金在国家创新体系中的定位,应用国家创新系统的分析方法,探讨了我国科学基金工作的发展战略。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,conceptions on innova tion and national innovation system are reviewed.The status of NSFC in the national innovation system in China is analyzed.According to the approach of national innovation system,the strategy for developing NSFC in the future is studied.
