from the perspective of sustainable development,the background,conte nt,principle and target in west development is reviewed.The strate gy of west development is inevitably sustainable development integrati ng econo-my,environment and social progress.In order to realize such target,a su stainable development system that i nclude systems in management,in law enforc ement,in science and technology edu cation as well as a system of concerte d action should be established to work in harmony.
