This paper,based on the analysis of t he relation between developing virtual enterprises and economic growth in the midland -western regio n of China,explains the gap to develo p virtual enterprise in the midland -western region.In conclusion,countermeasures and recommendations fo r developing virtual enterprise are made for midland -western region.
