The paper starts with analysis on the current problems existing in the con struction of agricultural infor-mation network in China,and explore s the issues of the construction and m anagement of five -grade informatio n network.It sets up a model for tech -e conomic effect analysis and evaluation with economic theory and systema tic methods,and gives viable suggestio ns on the improvement of the technica l capacity and economic effect of the network operation.
