This paper starts with analyzing the Information Intelligent Island Pla n,and the Ecological Island Plan carried out by Hainan provincial government,explores the probability o f integration of the two plans.On the basis of SWOT analysis,this paper puts forwa rd the strategy of Intelligent Ecolo gical Island in the aim of modernization.Lastly,this paper expounds the spec ific measures to take for the impleme ntation.
