The paper analyzes the problems exis ting in the management mechanism in t he rural resources of northwestern region,which has been seriously destroyed.In sight of sustainable utilization and according to its internal logic relations,this paper puts forward suggestions:1.to bui ld an inter -promotional mechanism b etween the elements for sustainable utiliz ation;2.to develop positively a mid dle -organizational mechanism for t he rural resources;3.to fix up the governmen t intervention mechanism.
