Abstract:public administrators seek both physical benefit,and spirit benefit.There are three beneficial models of public administrator.one is to emphasize physical benefit model,the other is to emphasize spirit benefit mo del,and the third is an interactive model including physical and spirit benefit.To analyse the models provides theoretical framework for satisfying public adm inistrators' beneficial wants and expounding the relations between their behaviors and public administrational performance,and approaches to improve pub lic administrational performance.
