Regulatory reform plays a key role in electricity industry reform,where as pricing mechanism is a premise and guarantee of other reform measur es.This paper argues that there are a lot of problems in electricity regul atory pricing mechanism in China,which have encumbered the speed of reform.It also discusses the way to improve the current condition and proposes some relevant measures for pricing mechanism reform.
