Based on the analysis of the dynamic e nvironment of enterprise and the his tory of risk management practice,this paper argues that Ent erprise Integrated Risk Management (EIRM)is the new trend of enterprise risk management.It also discusses the ch aracteristics of EIRM and proposes a framework of EIRM.
