This paper starts with defining some strategy management concepts,and b rings about a research framework called Performance -Content -Proce ss model,on the basis of which the pap er foresights the future developmen t directions of strategic management through the five aspects of research environment,research objects,str ategy content,strategy process,and theo retical basis.
