The low industrial structure and its irrationality of interior structur es result in economic rough increase,which has restricted the improvemen t of urbanization in hexi corridor.T his paper analyzed the actualities o f ur-banization and industrial structur e,and the restrictive effects on eac h other.It discussed the interactiv e connections between the adjustment of industria l structures and acceleration of urb anization.On the basis of those analysis,it puts forward some recommendations,which try to harmonize the two inconsistencies.
