Green barrier is a trade barrier with strict environmental standards and other environmental requirement as its main contends. After entry into WTO, green barriers will replace the trade restricts such as tariff barriers, and will become the biggest barriers to China's international trade development. Based on impartial analysis of the dualism of green barriers, the author makes some policy recommendations in addressing the problem of green barriers.
