The interaction of the knowledge-based economy and technological innovation leads to the emergence of the knowledge-creating company. The authors of this paper make an analysis on the background, implications and features of the knowledge-creating company. Some characteristics and successful experiences of knowledge-creating company is explained by taking a case study of an enterprise in China.
