Abstract:The development of new product concepts is one of the critical activities in successful product innovation.In this paper,the authors analyze so me factors which influence the development of new product concepts,such as:customer' s favorite,deviation of subjective estimate,data source of new products,cost,productability and envi-ronment protection.Then correspon ding viewpoints are presented.In th e development of new product concept s,taking these important factors into account well and managing them felic itously will be beneficial to develo p high quality product concepts.
