The major amount of China' s hi -tech venture capital investmen t should change from governmental ca pital to nongovernmental capital.On the b asis of a feasibility study on utiliz ing nongovernmental capital in hi -t ech venture capital investment,this paper makes four models of hi -tech vent ure capital investment organizatio n with nongovernmental capital as the main body,and discusses policy support t o activate nongovernmental capital to support China' s hi -tech venture investment including tax collection,finance,market exit and regulation manage-ment.
