Capacity of regional science and tec hnology resource allocation is refe rred to the ability to distribute and use S &T resources economically and e fficiently,which is composed of allocation scale,allocation intensit y,allo-cation structure and allocation effects of S &T resources and has importa nt impact on the function of S &T syste m and regional S &T capability.Based o n the connotation of S &T resource all ocation and its components,this paper proposes indicators of S &T resource allocation to analyze regional S &T resource allocation capacity a nd strategic priority in regional S &T r esources allocation.
