As public information being with the property of common products,government should burden the re-sponsibility as the character to deliver it.E-Government ,which means establishing a virtual organ and breaking organizational hedges of traditional administrative units,has become the most important public diffusion channel for government to promulgate the public information.This paper,through constructing the information releasing model in different shape of governance,studies the function of e-government in adjusting the dissymmetry of common in-formation in nowadays society.
