In pace with the acceleration of economic global integration,the flow of the talents resource among nations intensifies.The flow of the talents resource varies in each nation and different time zone.It is a complex process.Supposedly the talents resource being free flow in the global area under the market-directed condition,this paper qualitatively studies the equilibrium of the international flow of the talents resource,and analyzes the status of the international flow of the China's talents resource.
